The inauguration of the Yunlin Offshore Wind Farm (OWF) took place on March 4, 2025, at Santiaolun Beach and Water Park, Yunlin. The event was attended by approximately 300 guests, including representatives from the Taiwanese government and authorities as well as sponsors, lenders, contractors, the project team and the media.

Attendees experienced a memorable day filled with celebratory moments, cultural performances, and an insightful exhibition, while enjoying breathtaking views of Yunlin OWF from the observation deck.

• Grand Ceremony & First Impressions
  The inauguration was hosted in the main tent, offering guests a warm welcome and an impressive introduction to the Yunlin OWF.

• Cultural & Interactive Experiences
  ​​​​​​​The ceremony featured a teaser screening of the official project documentary, and dynamic performance by the local art group "YUN Percussions," and a 3D launch activation led by representatives of the sponsors and Taiwan government officials.

• Informative Exhibition
  In the exhibition area, guests explored the project's history, development milestones, and ESG initiatives. The full documentary video was also premiered exclusively for attendees.

• Local Delicacies & Refreshments
  Visitors enjoyed an array of authentic local snacks and beverages from various food stands, adding a delightful touch to the experience.

• Scenic Observation Deck
  Blessed with clear skies, attendees took in stunning views of the Yunlin OWF, located just 8 km off the coastline of Yunlin County, from the designated observation deck.
